1) WHAT IS THE WARRANTY? WARRANTY REGIME OF ACI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED

1.1) Construction warranty:

• Is the commitment of the Construction Unit (Contractors) about responsibility for remediation, Repair damage within a certain period of time, Defects may occur during the time the Project is handed over and put into use.
• The Construction Unit is responsible to the Customer for the warranty for the work it performs.
• Warranty regulations are based on Clause 17 Thing 2 Decree 06/2021/ND-CP and Article 28 Decree 06/2021/ND-CP.

Note: Construction Warranty is the responsibility of the Construction Unit for a certain period of time (as agreed in the Contract).

1.2) Construction Warranty Policy of ACI Construction Company Limited

After handing over the Project. ACI will release: Warranty Certificate and Construction User Manual.

Construction Warranty Period:

• 5 year for Construction Structural Item.
• 2 year for the Finishing Works Item.
• 1 year for Furniture Category, Decorate.

Within the warranty period:

• Periodic 3 month/ 1 time, We will contact the Customer to inspect the Works. If the Works are found to be defective, Damage will be repaired.
• In case the Customer proactively contacts us when the Project is damaged. Then within 24 hour, We will be there to check and process.

2) WHAT IS MAINTENANCE? MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF ACI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED

2.1) Building Maintenance

• Construction Maintenance is a collection of tasks to ensure and maintain normal operation, Safety of the project according to design regulations during exploitation and use.
• Construction maintenance content may include a, some or all of the following tasks: check, monitoring, quality verification, maintenance and repair of works but does not include activities that change functions, scale works.
• Regulations on Maintenance are based on Decree 46/2015/ND-CP.

Note:

• Construction Maintenance is the Customer's responsibility to maintain and maintain the normal operation of the Construction.
• Normally, Customers should only use the Construction Maintenance service after the Construction Warranty period has expired.

Note: ACI will reduce commercial prices from 5% – 10% on the total value of Maintenance Contracts for Projects that ACI has constructed.
