Above is the reference price for the Building Design package. Depending on the specific needs of the Customer for Design Consulting, ACI can adjust the unit price accordingly

6) Policy to support Customers about Design Consulting: Free of charge 100% design costs, Cost of Building Permit, Refund cost. In case the Customer chooses ACI Construction Co., Ltd as the unit of Design and Construction Package of the Works.

II) PRICE OF CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION YEAR US 2024

ACI Construction Company Limited is a professional unit in Design & Package Construction. We always attach a detailed price list (GARDEN) in the Contract signed with the Customer.

However, in order to assist the Client in making the Estimated Budget, it is necessary to prepare when deciding to invest in the construction of the Project. 1) WHAT IS THE BUDGET FOR THE CONSTRUCTION??

Planning to build a Building (Project) includes the following key elements:: Utilities, Design, Construction, Completion schedule, Budget.

The budget for the project includes 2 the following concept:

  • Estimated Budget: Also known as “Investment Budget” is an expense “plan” be prepared BEFORE when building the Works (Project).

2.2) How to Calculate Total Building Area and Estimated Budget (Step 2 + Step 3)

Total construction area is the total area including the areas shown in the building permit and the areas not shown in the building permit., but there is a cost of construction.

The total construction area will be equal to the area of ​​all work items combined. Here is how to calculate the area of ​​each work item:

a) Weak soil reinforcement (if any): Use melaleuca poles or soil concrete piles for reinforcement. Calculated in 15% the area of ​​the ground to be reinforced

b) Foundation:

  • Single nail: 25% – 30% foundation area
  • Pile foundation: 50% – 60% foundation area
